Fisher is a veteran public relations, marketing and communications executive and counselor with nearly 40 years of experience, including the past 30 years operating his own firm, Fisher & Associates, Inc., based in Los Angeles. Litigation Experience - Mr. Fisher’s firm was the first public relations firm in the country to represent and serve as public relations counsel to law firms for the planning and implementation of public relations, marketing and communications programs after the U.S. Supreme Court’s Bates v. Arizona decision was rendered in 1978. That decision enabled law firms to market themselves. In the past 29 years, it has represented over 100 law firms, from small local firms to large national firms and firms located from Los Angeles to New York.
