Fisher & Associates, Inc. (F&A) was formed in 1980 by Robert J. Fisher, a veteran public relations executive, and was an outgrowth of the firm Fisher & Gillespie founded in 1978. Throughout the past three decades, the Firm has provided a full range of public relations and a myriad of other communications services (i.e. marketing, advertising) to nearly 400 clients on local, regional, national, and/or international levels. As needed, the Firm has utilized the services of public relations and communications firms throughout the United States with which it has established working relationships.

The Firm's principal, Mr. Fisher, has 40 years of experience in the public relations and communications field following service as a reporter for the New York Times. Prior to founding the Firm, among other employers, he worked for three of the nation's seven largest public relations agencies. He is active in numerous professional organizations and held leadership positions in both of Los Angeles' major public relations organizations, Public Relations Society of America and the Public Communicators of Los Angeles.

  • F&A has planned and conducted over 200 news conferences throughout the U.S. and the world (e.g. London, Munich, Tel Aviv) for private (e.g. business and industry, nonprofit organizations) and public sector (e.g. state, county and city) clients. In addition, the firm has created and implemented many other types of press events to provide information to the press and generate media exposure.
